He lied about his birth. He lied about his Muslim upbringing. His college years are a total mystery. Indonesian records show he was adopted by his Indonesian step father and became a citizen there. His autobiography, Dreams From My Father, contains one lie after another. We were told we couldn’t say a damn thing about this issue because of John McCain’s problem with being born in Panama. This is total horse s***. Arnold Schwarzenegger will never be president because of the rule of law, but because idiots like you think you know better and think we all have to be nice little soldiers and go along with the scam, the Manchourian candidate chosen by an illegal secret government that your buddy Newt Gingrich promotes at every turn will do just fine during the Obama years. You and Gingrich should pack up and leave the GOP for good. You sure aren’t helping it out.
No, Gary, I think it guys like you who probably could have been effective mounting an opposition to Obama, but decided to go on a wild goose chase, who are enabling the coming of the Obamessiah.

Like Han said in the other thread, there are some that just dismiss Obama and will latch on to any/all available angles/arguments (whether thought through or not) to justify their “feelings.” Most of us want discussion from an earnest and thoughtful standpoint… not just ranting and raving…

Second, there never was an issue with McCain being born in Panama. That little flap lasted almost a day before it was dead and gone. You need a new horse to beat on that one. Why not try the “McCain wouldn’t let anybody talk about Obama being a damn, filthy furrinner…” after all, he was on record as not wanting a “personal” campaign but an “issues” campaign and he clearly didn’t think this was an “issue”. Again Gary, if you’re promoting conspiracies ya gotta have “fact” thingys that make some sense.
And finally, one comment for Erick. RonPaul™??? Maybe, but my money would be on the fruitcake who ran for the Constitution Party.

Regarding Firefox, ITS spell checker missed that one.
As far as the birth certificate, it does not appear to be a serious issue. If, however, by the tiniest of odds it turns out that Obama was not born in the United States, then, of course, the rule of law must prevail. We cannot ignore the rule of law merely because adhering to it might result in mob action.
For the time being, I am much more concerned with the probability that Obama will introduce alien ideals and principles (esp. of the Franco-Germanic variety) than the small possibility that he himself is an alien.

If someone (anyone) thinks a Topic is BS then state the opinion that it is BS and AVOID THE BLASTED FURTHER DISCUSSION!!!!! Move on… Get over it… BOTH SIDES! Plenty of other topics to participate in if you don’t think one particular topic or another is “not worthy.”
Shouldn’t this really have been part of (comment in) the other Front Page discussion on the topic!?!?

I myself am still undecided how much weight, concern, value, I put in this topic! Then there is the Topic of Hillary and SOS being challenged under less referenced Constitutional clauses. We are hearing about how this has come up before and basically skirted… We can’t take Constitutional issues lightly, so I am open to erring on the side of caution and hammering them out… AMONGST THOSE WHO REALLY WANT TO DISCUSS THEM…

And just because one suspects that even if “it all” is true, five justices would not have the courage to rule according to the rule of law, is that a reasonable excuse not to proclaim the truth?
I think not. See Amos and other prophets in the Bible. One guy proclaimed the truth and was crucified. At some point, conservatives have got to make a stand for self government under law (see the Constitution) or forever surrender the revolution back to rule by men, whether it be Kings or Oligarchs.
That said, I Suspect that there is one fatal flaw in all the cases, and that is that Obama’s mother was an American citizen.

If he was born in Kenya he should be a Kenya citizenship; however, Kenya law may not see it this way. He maybe a US citizen; however, may not be a natural born citizen, If natural born means being burn on US territory.
